Compliance with tax, regulatory, and lawful authority requests.
How We Store and Protect It
Storage
Data is stored on encrypted servers by default. Enterprise clients may request on-premise deployment.
Encryption
TLS 1.3 in transit and AES-256 at rest.
Access Control
Strict role-based access. Fully logged and audited.
Retention
Stored during contract plus 12 months, then permanently deleted unless required by law.
Breach Notification
We notify affected users within 72 hours of identifying a breach.
