Who These Terms Apply To
These Terms of Service form a legally binding agreement between Aethera Energy ("Aethera," "we," "us") and any individual or organisation ("you," "Client") that accesses or uses the Aethera platform.
By using Aethera, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
What Aethera Provides

- SCADA, vendor, and system integrations
- Web dashboard with human-in-the-loop controls
- Technical support and onboarding
- Product updates and improvements
Accounts and Access
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining login security. Notify us at security@aethera.energy for any breach.
Usage Limits
Accounts cannot be shared across organisations.
Suspension
We may suspend accounts for violations, non-payment, or security risks.
Subscriptions, Fees, and Payment
Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Prices exclude taxes (GST).
Payments
Processed via Razorpay or Stripe.
Late Payments
Accounts unpaid after 30 days may be suspended.
Refunds
Monthly plans are non-refundable. Annual plans are refundable within 30 days only.
Your Data
Ownership
All data remains yours.
Licence
You grant Aethera limited rights to process your data to deliver services.
Restrictions
We do not sell or reuse your data for other clients.
Acceptable Use
- No reverse engineering
- No unauthorized access
- No scraping or data extraction
- No resale without permission
- No unlawful use under the IT Act or DPDP Act
Intellectual Property
Aethera IP
All software, agents, and infrastructure belong to Aethera.
Your IP
Your data remains your property.
Feedback
We may use feedback without obligation.
Integrations and Third Parties
Aethera integrates with third-party systems. We are not responsible for their availability or performance.
Service Availability
We target 99.5% uptime. Maintenance windows are pre-notified.
Limitation of Liability
- Liability capped at 3 months of subscription fees
- No liability for indirect damages
- No liability for operational decisions
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Aethera against claims arising from misuse, legal violations, or your operational decisions.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to protect confidential information for 3 years after termination.
Term and Termination
Termination by You
Cancel at any time. Access ends after the current billing cycle.
Termination by Us
Immediate termination for breach or security risk.
Governing Law
Governed by Indian law.
Changes to Terms
Updates will be notified 30 days in advance. Continued use implies acceptance.
